Staff were excellent - friendly, polite and attentive.
Staff were excellent - friendly, polite and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The main light and desk light were not working and the staff did all that they reasonably could to rectify the problem when we reported it.

Helpful walking map from the information Centre provided a focus on the must see sights. Canal walk and visits to the Sacred Heart Church made a pleasant and informative short break. The Thai restaurant and the local pubs provided good hospitality.

I was on a short stay to attend a specific event, so only spent a little time in the town. The High Street is rather quaint and has a collection of small shops and restaurants/take-aways. There is a pleasant park with walks alongside the canal

Picked Droitwich as a stopover.
Picked Droitwich as a stopover. Actually stayed just outside. Always wanted to go there since I was a child (1950s!) and saw it on the wireless dial. Nice to find it was in the UK not mainland Europe!! ;-)
Seemed a nice little place but we literally stopped, ate, drank & slept! Thanks to all.

For an overnight stay it was good, would not stay for longer than one night though because of location adjacent to to motorway.
Hotel itself met all our criteria for a one night stay:- comfortable, clean, within easy reach of Droitwich for seeing friends. Breakfast a real bonus and good. Staff very helpful, friendly and polite.
This was a great experience.Simon and Julita run their little guest house more like a 5* hotel.
It ticks all the boxes.Thay are also a lovely couple.
We loved our room. The bed was great and also the nice big powerful shower. And everything clean clean clean.
We are looking forward to staying there again if in the area.
Staff were lovely, they were very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious with a walk in shower and a bath. . There is a bar and the lounge and outside garden area is very nice for relaxing with a coffee or drinks
Manager & staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Excellent value for money, warm, clean, quiet.
Not a 4 start hotel obviously based on the price, but I would choose this any day rather than a Travel Lodge or Holiday Inn Express as is not austere.
Right in the centre of Droitwich Spa so close to all amenities and railway station and only a few miles to access the motorway. Free, private parking a bonus too. Comfortable and clean apartment. Friendly and accommodating hosts.
