The location was very central and although at the front of the building on the high street we experienced no issues with noise. Staff were all lovely and helpful, cleaners keep the rooms lovely and the beds are comfortable. A full size fridge , kettle and microwave were really useful to have. Has a lovely cellar bar called Ren's opposite, great live music and food, A short walk to the Quay with plenty of shops and restaurants

The staff were fantastic. It was my son's 14th birthday and they were so kind. They gave him a free drink and even lit the candles on his birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to him!
