The guest house is situated in lovely Lamlash, just 5 mins away from Brodick and the Ferry Terminal. It's in a perfect location for getting around the island which we did.
From the first moment Emily was an incredibly attentive host, and had thought of absolutely everything! The room was spacious and spotless, with well stocked tea and coffee options, homemade shortbread and a wonderful view onto Emily's own created wildlife garden.
Throughout our stay we were treated to hearty breakfasts made by our host, including her own potato scones and bread, and a fabulous turn down service. In our room was a huge guest book containing every piece of info you could need about the island, it's attractions, viewpoints, eateries and even where to find each and every animal! It was a valuable tool and backed further by Emily's offer of a map and torch to help us find our way we could see everything we wanted and more!
Out stay exceeded all expectations, Emily is a wonderful host whose personality and attention to detail is a huge reason to stay at the guest house alone, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
Thank you for making our anniversary so special,
Aidan
