Our stay in the little hut was very lovely and memorable! The hut is super nicely decorated, has everything you need and more, including some
snacks provided as a nice touch. Easy to find with the owner’s directions, you feel like you are completely alone in the nature with a beautiful view, except for some cute sheep grazing around in the morning when you wake up! Just lovely. Thank you for the nice stay.

Lovely little hut. It was cold and wet outside but we were nice and cosy inside by the fire. The hut had everything we needed including extra blankets, towels and kitchenware.

Steve and Sonja were lovely and very helpful. The hut was warm and the bed was great and the duvet was really nice and warm. It’s very quiet and secluded with country walks. The road to the property was very good - new tar seal.

The road in is not for the faint of heart - it is 10 miles of single track for the most part, up and down, twists and turns. But it is totally worth it. Taychreggan is gorgeous, in the most gorgeous location ever. It is super pet friendly. It is location directly on the loch an surrounded by hills and mountains. I wanted to stay there forever. The food, in their AA rosette-awarded restaurant, is superb. They have a separate bar with fireplace and several lounges, all with stunning views. The location is quiet and serene. The staff is great, and kudos to Ivan, who assisted us with our auto's flat tire and with the rental car staff; he told them off, saying it was totally their fault as the tires were bald and should never have been rented like that!

Quiet village off the main road but within easy access of it.
Some guest houses, a railway station ( Oban to Glasgow line ), bus / coach stops, a general ( food ) store off the centre.
No restaurant, cafe, food stands, pubs nor bars however.
Walking paths from the quiet road to the Duncan Ban Macintyre monument, quiet side roads to Stronmilchan (Old Military Road ) and along the river Orchy.
Easy access by car, bus, coach, ( care if walking along the main road ) to Kilchurn Castle and to the Kilchurn Castle Viewpoint on the side road to Inveraray.
