Location was good, ten minutes walk from Tube and bus station… Liverpool Station is about 30 minutes away by Tube.
Breakfast was excellent, lots food. Location is beside busy motorway.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Actually no complaints…
Dagenham isn’t a tourist area. We went there to see family in Redbridge and it was the closest we could find but we did not look forward to going to the house to sleep. The area was rough looking and the house wasn’t the best. Everything about the house looked like it had beeen given a lick of paint and the bare necessities had been done (how do I know? I’m a building contractor)

Interesting and very agreeable to visit Valence House, well...
Interesting and very agreeable to visit Valence House, well worth an afternoon: with loads of local artefacts and things to see including even a small statue older than Stonehenge. And a great cafeteria to boot, and also a herb garden. The local library is a very good place to visit, with loads of computers available too.
Other than those two things, Dagenham is essentially residential. It's a huge estate built after WWI on the grounds of the former Barking abbey (which Henry VIII destroyed). There are several nice parks. If you're looking for the Ford factory, it is reduced now to a relatively small scale (compared with previous times), and new residences are being built on the grounds.
In terms of transport, one can (in addition to the car and public transport of course, including the underground) simply follow Cycle Highway CS3 to Barking.
We didn't meet the host. We were travelling from Lincoln to Dagenham & got stuck in traffic. The key was to be collected in a shop that closed at 18.00hrs. We were so tight for time... It was very stressful. However, the host responded rapidly to messages & the apartment was fine. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Parking permit arranged. Walking distance to the tube station. Good value for money.
I loved the cleanliness of this establishment and the room was rather large. It Isa fair distance from central London but very easy access to tube a short walk away. I came here after prepaying at an over priced hotel in earls court that stank of dampness. The hosts are lovely but not in your face.
My lovely host! I couldn’t have felt more at home. I usually stay at a chain hotel when I come down to Dagenham but from now on I will be staying here.
so comfortable and the kindest person I have ever met! really good access to tube station for going into London.
Beautiful and complete 1 bdr flat at few steps from the Underground station Dagenham Heathway.
Provides also a nice balcony with street view and a big and comfy bed.
The landlord is comunicative.
Everything works fine.
It wasn’t a breakfast as such ,the location was ok it’s Dagenham and I have send a few years there in the pass .idea for people coming on a relaxing or quiet holiday
