Pool was freezing and not relaxing . no jacuzzi available!
food was soooo over priced and so was the bar , my dinner was so bland that I had to send it back .
drinks we asked for were not available at the bar but no hurry from staff to get them for us so I had to ask other staff on the other side of hotel !
Room was pleasant and nice , very clean.
room service isn't available 24hrs as told and reception never answered our call so we had to leave the room and search for someone to help us !

Located just off junction 10 of the M4, overlooking the river Loddon, this hotel is ideally located for visiting Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell business parks.

We visited the area during the coldest time of the year. The hotel provided us with extra blanket and a heater which helped us a lot. The hotel owner ran miles for us to make sure our son was on time for the school assessment. Warm and gentle hotel.
Check in was very friendly, I was even offered help with my bags. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

As described. Big room. TV that works with all channels. Easy walk in to Crowthorne for Italian, Indian or take away fish and chips. Good for M4 and M3.
