Stayed here for my partner's getaway birthday, the linen was clean and comfortable beds with hot water in bathrooms throughout. We enjoyed the canoeing that Shayne's son took us through. We were also allowed late checkout and managed to have a very good rest. Will definitely come again. Quite lovely location with lots of parking space.

The Bure Balcony Suite was excellent.
Breakfast had a wonderful choice menu, hot & cold and was served by attentive friendly staff.
Reception staff very helpful.

It was very convenient to walk into the village. Loved the garden as the weather was good it was nice to be able to sit outside.
This historic house in beautiful grounds 3.5 miles from central Norwich has a golf course and a spa with pool. Guests get free Wi-Fi in public areas.

A group of 7 women went for a joint 40th birthday of 3 friends.
The grounds and hotel were lovely and clean. The staff were amazing as we had diabetics and nut allergy to deal with, but were really helpful. But that didn't stop us having a great couple of days and a much needed break for everyone. we got to enjoy lovely spa treatments from a wonderful group of women, made us all feel so comfortable and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. staff are fantastic everywhere you went. would go back to enjoy the spa again. lovely stay. thank you.

Plenty of amenities. two take aways, a supermarket, coffee rooms, petrol station, pubs a short walk.
There is a good launching area for the river nearby but unless you go exploring it is a closely guarded secret! No signposts. The river is beautiful for paddle boarding.

Coltishall is a very attractive old village. For a small village I thought the amount of amenities and food options were very good. It has a beautiful church with a lovely graveyard. The War Memorial is attractive and it is interesting but sad to read the names on it. The Londis was very well stocked with good opening hours. It is certainly a nice location to stay in when exploring the local area.

Great pub beautiful location. Staff very friendly and food great. Only problems were that the car park was hectic and the room was too hot. This is not a reflection on the pub but the heatwave we were experiencing at the time of our stay. They made our dog very welcome.

The barn is very clean and homely, great village location but tucked away in a quiet corner, the village has a lovely river with good pubs. Close to the busier town of Wroxham if you want shops etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Coltishall, lovely village with lots of character, assorted restaurants and lovely cafe for breakfast and cake.
Close enough to Norwich nice drive there, just round corner from Roys of Wroxham too,
lots of other places to vist and experiences. We really did wish we had a longer time to stay.

A nice looking village on the Broads.
A nice looking village on the Broads. Very quiet with nice walks and cycle routes by the railway line.
Limited eating options for visitors. The Rising Sun was in a great location on the river and offered good food options, however, the drink prices were high, especially the wines. There were a few shops boarded up which was a shame.
The Norfolk Mead is an excellent hotel which made the break very enjoyable.
Overall a pleasant place for a short break.
