I had a warm welcome from friendly staff. The room that I was in was large with a small en suite toilet and shower room.

The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Very good location. The property mainly corridors and as a first impression is slightly old and can do with some renovations and repairs. Although once inside the rooms, they are very clean and spacious. It is very convenient to get to and rooms are facing the promenade. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay again. The reception staff was very lovely and friendly!

A beautiful, upscale hotel lcated perfectly on the Promenade within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and easily assessible by bus or taxi (or walking) to steam and electic trains.We had four rooms; two with wonderful views of the sea. All were very large and nicely appointed. The bathrooms were modern and beautifully tiled. All wetbar snacks were free including, water, soft drinks, chips and chocolates. Replenished each day. The breakfast was amazing. Order off the menu and buffet style. All inclusive. Lovely living room area off the front desk was staffed for those wanting after dinner drinks or just a place to relax.
The staff was always helpful and attentive. Many brochures timetables and maps were available at the front desk.

From the moment you walk into this first class establishment you cannot fail to be impressed with the warm professional welcome from Freya Kat and Kelly on reception . All the rooms and facilities are finished to the very highest standard and dining in the restaurant be it breakfast lunch or dinner is truly a gourmet experience . The gymnasium, swimming pool and spa facilities are fabulous with Shannon and Cloey ensuring everything runs smoothly . I had a pedicure and massage with Ellie which were as good as I have had anywhere . Be sure to book up for Spa treatments as they are in great demand . In conclusion I can after three glorious nights at The Comis heartily recommend this outstanding hotel .
