Complete mix up with our room on check in, young girl not very welcoming and knowledgeable, an upgrade was on the system but she didn't see it! Our room had a big wet patch by the end of the bed which we couldn't see, was rectified and moved room but too late to see the views as it was dark.

Everything was lovely and clean, and the corridors smelt lovely. The beds are super comfy. The shower is good, although the shower enclosure is a bit small. I travel to Leatherhead periodically, and this is my go-to stay

The hotel is at a motorway services on the M25 and so we knew it would not be luxurious but it was definitely below expectations. The parking is in the main service station car park which was a security concern. The room was very basic and was in need of refurbishment.
When we got to the room we were initially given it had not been cleaned and was exactly as the previous occupant had left it. We were then given a disabled room which was clean but very basic.
There is no excuse for the low standard of accommodation offered especially when carrying the Ramada name.

A nice little village with plenty of pretty places.
A nice little village with plenty of pretty places. Best to stay in a hotel or guest house in the village and not the Ramadan hotel which is on the motorway. Royal wisely gardens it's not too far away plus brookfields which is an air craft museum plus other things ext .

It was good that we had vegan options available.
It was good that we had vegan options available. We were able to order a late meal and take our dog with us to a separate dining area- though that had no view.
We found the evening menu was rather expensive. The meal was good.
Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety for all tastes cultures and dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and service was good. We were delighted to be able to dine al fresco with our dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean and eco-friendly.

Huge bed with great mattress.
Huge bed with great mattress. Good parking, nice location if not overlooking the car park. If you have special requests you must speak to the hotel - no one else and do it well before you arrive. I booked through booking.com. Do not make the same mistake.

Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives.
Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives. Staff on reception very courteous, friendly and professional. We will return and next time we will eat in the restaurant and let you know our opinion. Very clean but get better duvets - it will save you on electricity as heating will not have to turned up to high.

I have written my thoughts on our stay earlier in the review. One thing I would add is that the picture of the property in the advertising I didn't find flattering. It looks much more attractive in real life than in the photo which made me doubtful about booking. However I'm glad I did.

Staff were fabulous in all areas. Aysha on the reception desk so polite and knowledgeable. Tom and David in the bar and restaurant very dilligent. We stayed for two nights in the Kings suite which is as magnificent as it name suggests. The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas and the atmosphere very much in keeping for a property such as this.
lovely room, very nice hotel.Quiet considering it is near the A3. Good facilities and as long as you have a car, it is quite near Cobham with lots of restaurants and things to do
