Really quiet area.
Eventhough I didn't cook, the kitchen literally has everything you would need.
Tea/coffee, pastries and cereals for breakfast.
Bus stop was a few minutes walk away.
Landlady responded quickly to all my questions. Even allowed me to check out later with no extra charge.
On the banks of the River Mersey, the Waterside Hotel is just 10 minutes from Manchester airport. The hotel has a restaurant and leisure centre.

The spa facilities are lovely and fab swimming pool for kids. Beds are really comfy and breakfast was delicious! Staff are very friendly and natural with guests. At breakfast, the kind waitress made my daughter a lovely hot chocolate and brought us extra grapefruit. It was such a nice touch!

De Trafford By Greene King Inns is in Alderley village, just a 5-minute walk from Alderley Edge Train Station and about 5 miles from Manchester Airport. All bedrooms were refurbished in 2015.

Just at the end of the high street, close to the shops and a short walk from the national trust woodland and edge.
Warm and cosy property with friendly staff and a great breakfast.

I stayed there as it was convenient to my daughter's house in Stockport, so didn't see much of Cheadle on that visit. On previous visits I can say it's a pleasant suburb of Greater Manchester with some good restaurants
