Very happy with the Leonardo Royal - had booked for a show at the ICC - hotel was just across the road - a very short walk. Staff were very helpful, room was a good size - larger than most hotels - and very clean. We ordered room service after our show and the food was good and reasonably priced. Would happily stay again.

Efficient service and decent location. It was easy to check in and the rooms are basic but tidy. The cost is very sensible versus alternatives.

The exceptional services from Wale and Carmen. If it is possible I would like to recommend them for employees of the year. The journey that I was making from Ibiza to Wales took me 2 days and 2 nights was difficult as I was travelling to Wales to be with a member of my family who is seriously ill. I was very fragile by the time I arrived at Birmingham Airport from Palma and was wheelchaired by a member of the Special Assistance team to Ibis.
I was supported by Wale who was on the reception desk when I arrived. He was patient and supportive despite being very busy. Also the next morning from 5am until 7am he continud to be supportive and caring.
. I enjoyed one of the best full breakfasts that I have ever experienced and Carmen provided excellent service and was caring and supportive.
My sincere thanks.
