A pleasant small town on the shore of Belfast Lough about 10 miles from Belfast, boasting a historic castle, a delightful harbour and marina, and a good prom to stroll along. Good communications by bus or rail, and convenient for the ferries.

We have travelled extensively for many years and stayed in 5 star hotels and I can say this is a little gem! Julie is so accommodating with arrival and departure times and gave us really good advice about how and where to visit

The property was very homely and inviting, the facilities were great and the whole place was sparkling clean throughout. The location was great, a stone’s throw from Carrickfergus Castle and local shops and restaurants. Was able to park right outside of the property throughout the stay which was a bonus.
Homely and spotlessly clean, beautiful setting, great views. Outside power facility enabled us to charge our electric car which was certainly a bonus as we had not been able to find a hotel in the area with this facility advertised.
