Great value for money (less than I’ve paid for a tiny single studio stay before!), super modern kitchen and bathroom, sunny sea views from bedroom and lounge … our two children loved the playground, heated indoor and outdoor pools and clubhouse, our dogs loved the coastal path down to the beach.
Lots of nice touches (box of toys/games for the children and freezer for chilling drinks!) … we’ve already booked to stay again next year, the area is just stunning - recommend Instow beach and Clovelly is just a mile away (can see why it’s the most picturesque village in the UK!)

It was close to the A39 handy for me as I needed to travel to areas in Devon and Cornwall.

The staff were great - particularly the kind staff member who got me to Clovelly.
My room was comfortable but very small with a low ceiling. I was glad to find a small fan in the closet because the room was hot and stuffy even with the window open. The bathroom was small, clean and modern with a lovely bathtub.
The lighting in the room and the electrical outlets were exceptionally good.
Kipling Villa With Sea Views is located in Bideford, just a 6-minute walk from Westward Ho! Beach and half a mile from Westward Ho!.

Sea views are awesome. Safe, clean, good shower, comfy bed, equipped kitchen and good location. We had a great time and will return to this property when possible.

One of his reply was if you book a a 1960 Chalet expect a wet damp smell, he was very unprofessional

The chalet was basic but comfortable and warm.
The chalet was basic but comfortable and warm. It had all the facilities we needed. Just 2 adults meant ample space but a small family group would be comfortable there. Bucks Mills is a good base we ranged from Bude to Instow Along the coast and one day in Bideford and another at the RHS gardens in Torridge . There are many facilities available but we did not use them.

Short staffed -every 45 min had to pick up staff and walk outside of the pool area for 20 min
Restaurant service limited hours and menu
Drove nearly an hour to eat one evening as nearest restaurant/pub was fully booked and nothing else was open
