The on duty manager, Sarah Martin, was exceptionally accommodating. We had incorrectly booked the wrong room because we had a twin. We were finishing our honeymoon with a family visit to Dundee. When I asked Sarah if we could move she did everything she could to move us and we were put in a very nice room. She also added a chocolate bar for any inconvenience even though it was my fault we booked the wrong room. She greeted us every day with a friendly hello and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Friendly staff willing to help with bags and information about the area. Breakfast was delicious! Nice to have pub right there with excellent food. Didn’t really hear any noise from pub below us and we slept fine.

A pleasant town which must be very good in summer.
A pleasant town which must be very good in summer. Easy access to main forms of travel and visiting surrounding areas. Dined at The Ship Inn which was very good and also the Glass House Pavillion for morning coffee/breakfast. Parking was problematic at times owing to the nature of the streets but was manageable.

Beautiful, bustling town full of welcoming people.
Beautiful, bustling town full of welcoming people. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink as well as an array of gift shops, many celebrating local produce or local artists. Also great for the kids, the park at the castle is fab and there's also pottery painting and a variety of other things to do. Would highly recommend a visit here! I also got my hair done while I was visiting at Freedom Hairdressers, they were fantastic! Special mention to the lovely Erin who created a beautiful hairstyle for me for a wedding I was attending, it stayed in all day/evening and I had lots of compliments on it!

Broughty Ferry is a pretty place to stay with plenty to see and do. There are fabulous pubs and restaurants to eat at reasonable prices. Easy access into Dundee by bus or train. Favourite restaurants were The Ship Inn and The Glasshouse (for coffee and tasty home baking)
Lovely variety of shops. Castle well worth a visit and free to get in!
The room was literally sparkling when we walked in. It was a 5 minute walk from the Main Street of Broughty Ferry. The bed was HUGE and so comfortable and the kitchen was set up with all facilities required including a big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and cooker. Everything was just so easy and it really felt like a holiday!
I have recommended this place to a lot of friends and family and we will definitely be back.
Good location, quiet road, easy parking. Comfortable self contained upstairs flat with plenty of natural light. Short walk to bustop, regular buses to Dundee, short walk to firth coast, shops, cafes and restuarants. Broughty Ferry Castle is free to visit and very interesting
This house is very conveniently located in Broughty Ferry, a couple of minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants, the bus stop and the train station. It was very clean and had been decorated in a charming and thoughtful way. The kitchen was well appointed.
Excellent quiet location near the beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and shops in Broughty Ferry and buses into Dundee, generous provision with washer and dryer, good sized flat, generally well-cleaned.
Exceptional apartment near all the amenities in Broughty Ferry.
