The staff are very friendly. Rooms nice, bed comfortable. English breakfast good and plenty. There is a lounge with a bar nice to relax and have a drink. We liked the outdoor terrace looking out to a very beautiful large garden. We have stayed there a few times. My family have had a few events there. If you decide to go back to your room after breakfast to relax, the staff would come back later and that without no pressure no matter what time. In the superior bedroom we stayed in was a bathrobe with slippers and it was really nice and soft like a teddy bear that I ended up buying one at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Southcrest Hotel.

I visited Hanbury Hall and Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in the area - both very good. I only spent a short time in Bromsgrove High Street around 5pm but it looked like it had some good places for daytime refreshment or an evening meal.

Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

Worst service ever. No table available for evening meal, room was freezing cold, one small heater in bedroom was off on arrival and took ages to warm up. No heating in bathrooms whatsoever, staff fed us a load of bu#@$hit and did not deliver what they promised. Would never stay again.

This is a very cheap hotel. The room was big and clean. The staff were very helpful with 24 hour reception. The car park was excellent spacious, feeling quite safe. The position was excellent for us right next to railway station.
I got drugged at the hotel. Do not go. It was a crap home full of drug dealers doing it right inside and outside the hotel. Absolutely disgusting place
