Easy travelling distance to Exeter Airport, M5, Exeter, West Point and would make a good base for touring the area. It is in a quiet location for those who like a good night sleep, but in easy driving distance of some goods pubs, we had a nice meal at the Jack In The Green.

We were travelling on the M5 from the North and failed to find any signposts for Broadclyst. This caused some confusion. However we noticed when travelling from Exeter northwards there were several....! It did exist...! We were staying in Broadclyst only because it was convenient for visiting family near Ottery St Mary. So we can make no recommendations. Our only impression being that signposting needs a review....
