Wasn't what I was expecting.
Wasn't what I was expecting. We ended up staying at hilton Humberside Airport as we were not happy with the hotel.we chose it as close to wedding venue we were attending. Reviews looked good and everyone mentioned hospitality but no staff on site . No refreshments after 7 hour drive so had to Google nearest place.only one in walking distance was wetherspoon which was chock full due to weather and Friday evening. Food was okay and beer very cheap at £2.10 a pint. Road was very busy and difficult to cross . There are several lovely places locally though .Amersham Gardens and Hall lovely as was Wrawsby

Travelled to meet one of our suppliers with work, went to one bar and a Chinese restaurant that evening. Both were very good, particularly the Chinese though. Food was excellent, and staff were very accomodating

The staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful.
The staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t ask for nicer hosts.
The location was also excellent.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean.
I cleaned the sink and toilet before using them. Dried Toothpaste in sink. Sludgy old soap in soap holder and in sink. I used a damp cloth to clean holder and sink.
Toilet seat had stains on which I wiped off with a damp cloth.
Crumbs and empty food wrapper on floor. Crumbs on and in bed.

Brigg is a lovely place to stroll around.
Brigg is a lovely place to stroll around. Plenty of charity shops and small, independent gift shops and boutiques to look at. There are a couple of antique shops, and lots of cafes and pubs.
Lots of characterful buildings, and you can walk along the river.
We ate at The Steel Rooms cafe and gift shop. The vegan cheesecake was surprisingly tasty. There are loads of other cafes, or you can go to Costa.
Brigg Garden Centre (just on the outskirts of Brigg) is jaw-dropping - it's huge!
Brigg is particularly bustling on market days, and can be very quiet at other times.

Brigg is an undiscovered gem.
Brigg is an undiscovered gem. It has so much potential - I don't know why people don't start doing more with it. Lovely surrounding countryside.
There's a lovely river walk. Independent shops and cafes. Antique and charity shops. Historic buildings. A market. Fish and chips. Free two-hour parking.
On weekdays it's very, very quiet - apart from the market days. On market days (Thursday and Saturday) it's more bustling, with people in cafes and sitting out on the street. It would be nice if it was bustling all the time.
You can walk around the entire town easily. Some charity shops are difficult to access with a wheelchair, due to a step, which is a shame.

What an amazing place to spend a few days while visiting family in Brigg.
Immaculate rooms and breakfast, and the owners Sue and Jeff are such wonderful hosts.
There are only positive things I can say about my stay at Albert House. I'll be coming back that's for certain, the place and welcome are top class.
All of the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, fantastic comfortable hotel, food delicious. Didn't play golf this time but will certainly be back for another weekend this summer with clubs in tow!
I made a mistake. I meant to book the Lord Nelson Hotel in Liverpool near,Lime St Station and I was emailed that the hotel was in Brigg. I have never been to Brigg
