Asunto oli tilava ja kodikas. Se oli sisustettu viihtyisästi ja suihkussa oli hyvä hana. Ei tarvinnut säätää kahden eri hanan kanssa. Asunnossa viihtyi hyvin ja sinne voisi mennä toistekin. Ruokakauppaan Coop oli lyhyt matka ja Lidl oli myös lähellä. Omistajan kanssa oli helppo asioida viesteillä ja hän oli hyvin avulias.
