What a lovely little place! The rooms are cosy and clean, lovely towels to use and set of shampoo. The place can sleep 6 so huge value for money! The host met us at the door and kept the wood burner on so it was lovely and warm for us when we arrived. Tea, coffee and bread and butter and jam provided. 1000% recommend !

Peaceful, relaxed and a fantastic owner who really made our stay memorable. From arrival we was made to feel at home, such a wonderful evening and stay.
A former royal hunting estate of King Charles II, this magnificent hotel is on a 700 acre estate. Central Nottingham is just a 15 minute drive away, and the M1 highway (J26) is nearby.

It was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Convenient for visiting places in the area. Arrival easy as key in key safe. Good views as sits on a hill and lovely terrace. Parking good.
Downside was that the road noise was a bit intrusive.
