I recently stayed three nights at Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort in Langbank and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional, making my stay enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a cozy atmosphere and stunning countryside views. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep.
The restaurant was another highlight, offering delicious breakfasts and elegantly presented dinners with great variety and excellent service.

This is the third time staying at the resort and improvements have been made to the spa which is part of the ongoing redevelopment since the new ownership and hopefully this progresses as the hotel deserves to be brought back to its grand style

Close to the rail station, easy access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Easy drive around the coast, beautiful scenery.
Accommodation had everything, felt home from home. Plenty of fast foods or a couple of pubs which served nice food.

Thankfully the next door room (a nice couple) weren't on their honeymoon - otherwise it could have been even more bizarre.
According to reception 50% of all rooms have an adjoining door - which has little (if any) sound proofing.
Stay here and you will have a 50% chance of hearing every word (sound) your neighboring room makes. NOT GOOD !

Over priced and staff need to be more on the ball - although the evening receptionist was helpful morning reception was almost indifferent. I raised all issues described and left it for 5 days to hear anything from management - nothing so hence the candid review

I thought check in times were not the. Best 4pm is a very late check in especially as we were only booked for one night and an early check out 11am it wasn’t even 24hrs! Lovely setting and facilities nice restaurant and helpful friendly staff yes would recommend to others except for check in time

I booked the hotel as a treat for my mum and dad, my dad turned 80 on Sunday and as we were having a party thought a wee overnight would revive them, and that’s exactly what it did. From the minute they arrived everyone was so welcoming, the room, the food and the view were all excellent, they now cant wait to return!

We liked the room upgrade as the room was stunning. We do feel though that given the leisure facilities were not open and a big reason for why we visited mar hall over other hotels that the hotel should have offered us something else perhaps a voucher to use in the future for this when it’s fixed. Aside from this everything else was great and staff very friendly too and we had a lovely time celebrating my husbands birthday.thanks mar hall!
From the lovely gentlemen, who welcomed us at the front door and offered to take care of our bags, to the super lady who knocked on our door and offered to turn the bed down it was wonderful.
As for the breakfast staff and food, wow, what’s not to like. Simply outstanding. Thank you for your lovely hotel.
