Set in the heart of Bibury, the hotel is a destination hotel providing restaurant and bar facilities. Lovey decor, a comfortable separate lounge to sit in front of the fire and read the newspaper. The food was outstanding and the bedroom was roomy.
Situated 16 km from Cotswold Water Park, 34 km from Lydiard Park and 39 km from Kingsholm Stadium, Cotteswold House features accommodation set in Bibury.

Breakfast was awesome, the evening meal was equally as good.
Bibury is a picture perfect Cotswold town/village.
Bibury is a picture perfect Cotswold town/village. This does come at a cost - tourists, yes I know I was one. Bibury is always busy but staying in the 'village' has the advantage of selecting your wanderings to match lower footfall. As a location within the wider geographical area it is excellent. Easy travelling to Burford, Cirencester, Stow, Chipping Campden and the beautiful countryside between these settlements. We enjoyed a 4 mile walk around the Ampney's,(4 miles south of Bibury) beautiful, even in January.

Bibury is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds. With stunning rambling cottages and lovely circular walks, it offers an unparalleled taste of the beauty of the Cotswolds. Bibury is a bit touristy, but worth a visit especially in the off season.

Bibury (Buy bury) was a WONDERFUL little town with so much history. We loved stepping into this quiet town, embracing the history of Arlington Row and the surrounding Cotswolds area. The Swan Hotel and restaurant were special. Thank you for a wonderful vacay. This town is a MUST VISIT in the Cotswolds.

Bibury is a lovely little village in the Cotswold.
Bibury is a lovely little village in the Cotswold. Highlight was of course the Arlington Row. Very pretty. The small river is beaming with wildlife. We saw water voles and hummingbird hawk moths! The village has one pub and a hotel. Food at the pub was good. I prefer this village than Burton upon the Water.

From the Hotel style, to the kindness of the staff, it was all amazing.
We have been very lucky, since they upgraded us to a Superior room for free, saying that is something they are used to do whenever it’s possible (subject to availability).
Nothing to say about the location: Bibury is gorgeous, and staying in the hotel you could have the possibility to enjoy the place without too many people too!
We will come back, for sure.

The location of the Sycamore is perfect, both to explore Bibury, but also the rest of the Cotswolds, as by car you need less than 2 hours to reach the furthest villages. The house is beautiful and with a few tweaks it would be impecable! The terrace is great for sunny days, and so is the BBQ that is available. Also the welcoming cupcakes and prosecco were a very nice touch!
Bibury is a very pretty little village, and the Cottages were very comfortable and well located. The room was quite spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the local pub for dinner or a drink which was nice on a summer night. We were spending 3 nights exploring the Cotswolds and this was convenient place to base ourselves.
The property was spacious, clean and fully equipped. I like that it had two en-suite bathrooms.
It was a 5min walk down to the Catherine Wheel, an 8 min walk to the trout farm and a 9/10 min walk to the Swan Inn Hotel.
Lovely characterful place right in the middle of Bibury. Really handy for either the Catherine Wheel or the Swan Hotel. All the facilities you could need for a few days
