Tyn-y-Coed Inn, hotel in Betws-y-coed

Located in Betws-y-coed, 7.5 miles from Snowdon, Tyn-y-Coed Inn has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

Everything was great - the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable - just what you want when you've come back from a long day on the hill. Similarly, the food is great, would definitely recommend eating at the inn too. It's also very handy having access to a drying room, especially in the winter months.

Beautiful town with friendly staff locals.

Beautiful town with friendly staff locals. Public transport is unreliable in inclimate weather so have a back up plan! Delicious food at all the local restaurants. Beautiful views. Close to Snowdon if you want to go on an adventure

Loved the area lots of walks and activities.

Loved the area lots of walks and activities. If you want adventure visit Zip world. The stables is a fantastic open air restaurant, it does have seating inside if you prefer. It is also very dog friendly. Good food at a reasonable price.

Beautiful village nestled in the mountains on the edge of the river Conway. Waterfall at the bridge was gorgeous and lots of scope for hikers. Good selection of eateries and outdoor shops with a few craft/galleries as well. Well worth a visit.

An old boutique Hotel that has been updated to be internally ok However during our time the Hotel had few rooms taken and therefore was run on a smaller staff availability. Ideally situated but not a place to come off season

Always good to have a dog friendly hotel, Some staff couldn't do enough for you and sorted our issues swiftly. Electric car charging on site was great unless someone else was parked in the charging bays in a non electric car but I guess as a small hotel it has limited spaces and some people just want to park up without walking too far.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Their homemade pizza was outstanding, definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooms were just okay, but considering the price, it was good value for money. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short stay.

We booked this hotel because of outstanding service, in the bar and restaurant areas, and the location is beautiful just near Snowdon and Llanberis. The Spa facilities are great too. If you are in the area, try the Sunday Carvery and experience the warm welcome.
