What an amazing place in an amazing location. Totally stunning views in all directions. The friendliness of the owners was above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble and this along with one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at a B&B made this a stay to remember. Susan and Stephen were really welcoming and knowledgeable about the islands. Room was really comfortable and well equipped. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and evening meals, all home cooked and great quality. Bonus of a lovely bar for a drink in the evening, and the views of the sunsets were amazing. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is in a great place for exploring the local area.

The Benview B & B was a superb place to stay. The room was very well appointed and clean. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and it had a luxurious feel about it. The lodge was perfect. A good size for a couple, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Ann is a warm and welcoming host, and provided us with advice about visits, walks pand beaches, and meals out. North Uist is fabulous for its wildlife. We had Short-eared Owls and Hen Harriers actually flying around the lodge, and wonderful orchids everywhere. Hope to return.

Great location away from the main drag but central location for beaches & Tarbert. Several walking options from the house including sections of hebway. Comfortable and relaxed accomodation with everything you need. Marion the housekeeper was welcoming and helpful :) Shaun the sheep was hilarious.
