The location is without a doubt the closet to the beach we have stayed at less, when we visited Thailand lol
Michelle and David were very welcoming, and parking was right outside.
We walked to the Ship Inn along the beach front in the afternoon and walked back in the evening along the coastal path. Clear skies, and plenty of stars, very romantic.
Be aware of tide times as the shift in tides are significant.

Lovely old traditional hotel full of character. The staff were brilliant and my room was lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good too, really relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble for the staff - great.

The Beach is excellent we were able to go to the area on the beach they allow dogs, although some people appeared to ignore the signs.
Great ice cream facilities at two places on the front.
We ate at The Breeze Hill and The Benllech at the top of Beach Road as both accepted dogs. Breeze Hill was the better of the two for food.
Both have outside areas to sit.

A lovely, friendly small seaside town.
A lovely, friendly small seaside town. Great for coastal walks, wonderful views. Some lovely pubs and restaurants. We loved Pebbles Bistro: great food, friendly staff, good drinks menu and very reasonable prices. Reliable and friendly bus service around the coast. We used it to travel to Red Wharf Bay vineyard one afternoon for a pre booked tour and wine tasting! Steep walk up and down to Benllech beach so if you have mobility issues you might prefer to drive down.

Benllech is lovely.
Benllech is lovely. The beach is superb, clean, huge, dog friendly. Great cafe at the end of the beach and easy walk round to Red Wharf Bay. The town itself has lots of amenities - fish n chip shops, pubs, resturants/take aways, choice of supermarkets, chemists - everything you could possibly need. The locals are friendly. Nothing not to like!

The beach and the surrounding area was beautiful and there was plenty there for a few days. The best fish and chips we've had in along time were from Finney's. There's also a couple a small supermarkets and a few cafes and we had a couple of drinks in The Benllech which was very nice, despite some negative reviews we had seen. We will definitely be back.
