Lovely staff who were excellent and welcoming despite being obviously understaffed that day. Still great and fast service. Food was fantastic, the portion sizes were great for the price and tasted delicious. I loved the décor of the hotel as an avid music fan it was fun to see the menu design and the overall music theme. The room was clean and spacious with good facilities.

The breakfast, which was shared with Novotel, was wide with its options. It was also very convenient to have 24hr check-in (I arrived late in the evening). The room was big and comfortable.

The location is a fair distance from the train station, but it's within walking distance and close to a bus station. The staff are very attentive. Everything in the room is comfortable and very clean, with daily cleaning service. There’s also an elevator and a luggage storage room.
This apartment was the perfect hub for my rock band's short stay in Glasgow to rehearse. It is safe and secure, with ample parking and more than adequate facilities. The local area is pleasant and well connected. Bearsden Roman Baths being a five-minute walk away was a nice bonus for the sightseer in me! We also greatly appreciated the host allowing us to change our dates during these uncertain Covid times.
