Everything! Wow, what an experience. The food, environment, rooms, and spa were incredible. I loved experiencing all of the different spa amenities- the steam room, hot tubs, cool room, and sea salt spa were all amazing. I felt so relaxed and refreshed, and wished I could have more time! We had dinner at Gilly's and breakfast in the Conservatory, and staff were incredibly mindful and accommodating of any dietary modifications. The food and drinks were all delicious. I cannot wait to return to this place.

Ballymena is a well equipped, variety of shop wise, middle sized town. It was a trip back to where ancestors had left for Australasia...so to visit there, Broughshane, Tamlaght O'Crilly and the area was poignant.

Ballymena - nice market town but Sunday its difficult to find anywhere open - especially before lunch o clock.
Some nice wee bars and the food in the Grouse was quite nice. Staff also v friendly.
Typical ballymena weather - it rained. Some lovely places to visit but you do need a car

Location of hotel easy to get to. Hotel beautiful surroundings and hotel clean, friendly staff. Arrival easy booking in and helpful towards taking luggage to room. Great bar to sip one or two drinks or even outside tables and chairs.

Staff were lovely and very willing to help in any way they could. Even rang me a taxi which was there wright on time. The best night sleep iv had in a long time. Breakfast was beautiful with great choice. Definitely will be back xx

.My visit was for a surprise birthday party.We therefore never took in any of the wonderful sights on offer.We plan to visit again next year and will be sightseeing then.I will certainly make more use of the wonderful restaurant available.

We attended for a wedding and it was an amazing day. The room for the ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful,as was the room for the meal,the food was fantastic and served by such friendly staff.
When we went to check in,the room was upstairs. The manager managed to get us changed to a downstairs room,due to me having walking problems. I was very appreciative. The room was beautiful and so comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The Hotel is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t fault it in any way. It’s the perfect location for a wedding
We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights at the beginning of August. The house was great, had plenty of space and was very clean. Alan was a great host and gave us tourist information and a wonderful “welcome” basket with all sorts of goodies! The location is ideal for visiting Northern Ireland and we loved the silence and being surrounded by nature! I would definitely recommend Alan and the cottage!!
Room had kettle teas/coffee selection and cookies which was greatly appreciated. We were attending a wedding so only had breakfast which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lift for anyone with mobility issues and a car park at the rear of the hotel
The hotel is set in the countryside making it a beautiful peaceful location but with easy access to motorways etc.
The food at the hotel is reasonably priced and well presented . The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
Perfect price and place for a 1 night stay in Ballymena.
Location was perfect for me and was very central to the town
