The property was located across the road from the venue of the event we were attending so it was ideal for us.
The electric radiator warmed up quite quickly which was ideal when the temps dropped.

Location was great on the main high street very close to the castle and cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking. Rooms are basic although they do the job.

The only redeeming aspect was the helpful receptionist, but even their kindness could not compensate for the poor conditions of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The man that checked us in he was so kind a nice and respectful I appreciate everything the room was nice and I would 100% go again the staff spoke to was also nice and it's a lovely place to stay at couldn't even moan about any bad things happen there as there was no problems what so ever so thank you for making my nice great I enjoyed staying there thank you
