The room we had was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel and surrounding areas were beautiful. We enjoyed our fire pit outside our room.

The location was perfect (close to my mother's carehome), and we had a fabulous walk before dark, and a visit to the *remarkable* church in the village. It is a magical place, the pub/bar and location especially, and we did enjoy dinner in the restaurant.
