We used the property as a base for touring the area. There are great places nearby such as Dover Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Leeds Castle. It was a nice surprise to have the lovely designer outlet next door!

For too many people, too noisy and food was not good and expensive.
Rooms were clean with good facilities. Staff were very accommodating.

We didn't see much of Ashford.
We didn't see much of Ashford. The local greenfield opposite the Inn was a cricket pitch which we liked. You can have a great walk on the Pilgrim's path from here. So if you have to stay over for a couple of days, this would also be a great opportunity.

Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

My only complaint was the over the bath shower.
As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.
