location was perfect for race track and golf course. Restaurant had limited offer due to covid and no seating with 5 pound charge delivery to door so we did not use. Parking was 10 a day so expensive. 2 lamps did not work in the room. No bath only shower. Room was clean.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay to get away from home and relax with friends. After reading other reviews we wasn't looking forward to it but just goes to show that there is no review like your own review. The spa is a little dated but nothing major. Apart from that one negative which isn't really a problem we had a great weekend. I would just like to add also that the staff working during our stay where friendly and always more than happy to help with any questions. Thank you for a great weekend!!
The hotel looks a bit outdated on the outside but very modern on the inside. The rooms are very nice and have a modern touch to it too. The staff were really lovely and helpful- we stayed there for our wedding anniversary and they decorated our bed and wrote us a card, which I thought was a lovely gesture.
A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
All the staff were incredibly helpful and focused on customer care. There was obviously a strong culture of customer care around the whole of the hotel - they could not do enough to make our stay perfect
