The bed was very cosy and comfortable, the room was clean with touches of luxury in the products that were made available for free. Food was awesome and room service was exceptional. Staff were quite nice and very helpful too...even with random requests like helping to thread a needle !!

Called down for Room Service but got no answer so I went downstairs to order. The lady who took my order was very nice and took care of it. Also I had issues connecting to WiFi (Guest) so I called downstairs and within five minutes the Concierge was knocking on my door with the password to their locked WiFi. I had no issues after that. Enjoyed my stay tremendously. Great breakfast the next morning! Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place right across the street from Windsor Castle.

Really comfortable, quiet and cosy.
Good bar and restaurant area, good food.
Staff were really friendly.
We came with our dog , and were able to have our meals with the dog in the bar area.
Other things we liked: good water pressure , comfy beds.
Staff sent us an item home that we wanted had forgotten in the room at checkout day.
The location is also really handy for Windsor Castle, Eton and Town Centre. There is a park right by the hotel , and we could walk the dog there easily.
There is a car park at the back of the hotel , also 👍🏻
All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel .

We ate at the Berystede Hotel. Good but expensive.
We ate at the Berystede Hotel. Good but expensive.
We also ate at Fego on Ascot High Street. On a Sunday morning there was a long queue outside - and no wonder. The food and tea/coffee were excellent and the staff friendly and quick. Thoroughly recommend it.

Nearby Windsor is a great place to shop and socialise and visit
Good bus service (no 1) to Windsor takes 40 mins or so and leaves from opposite the main entrance to the race course at the hospital entrance

I went there for family reasons and Ascot is a small town whose main feature is the horse race track which leaves me cold! Its expensive to get to Ascot from the airport (60 GBP by taxi) or around half that by Underground & surface Train but can be fun! For the kid in you there's LegoLand close by and for the history buffs there's Windsor which is beautiful and the castle is magnificent and definitely worth a visit. The shopping isn't too bad either.

We stayed for one night as a birthday treat at the Macdonald Berystede and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We had dinner in the restaurant and although a reduced menu the choice was fabulous and cooked to perfection. The Breakfast buffet was all cooked well and hot, the eggs were of a great standard. The spa facilities were great and not too crowded, I had a great swim and the hydro pool was a great experience with the really warm water and the rain pouring what a treat.

The room was very clean, smart and airy. There was a kettle, microwave and fridge in the room which made self-catering a ready meal very easy. The location is very quiet. There is a good, powerful shower. Email communication and entry instructions were excellent. Entry to the flat is self-service (no host) and worked well. It is convenient for Ascot racecourse (about a mile away). There was no breakfast provided so I can't comment.
Well located modern take on the country house hotel close to Heathrow. The main property area is well managed and maintained. The stables area, where a lot of the rooms seem to be, is clean but simple and very far from a luxury experience. The spa was good.
Hotel grounds and interior were lovely and clean. Family room was spacious with a fridge. Outside in the corridor was fresh chilled sparkling and still water from a dispenser - a great touch. Pool/spa area was relaxing and child friendly.
