Plenty of hot water for hill walkers returning home. Warm and cozy with great views and eagles. Spacious, comfortable rooms. This cottage is 11 miles up a windy, single track road. It was brilliantly located for the hills we wanted to do and the glorious walking around Hushinish, but it does take time to get to the A road and more distant sites of interest.

Hand on heart the cosiest place we ever stayed in. A wee home away form home! Peaceful location right by the loch and the hut, despite being small, has everything you need for a relaxed stay. One thing is for sure: A car is needed to get to/from places as there is no restaurant/cafe in walking distance. Fab location to explore Harris & Lewis, with beautiful walks and wildlife on the doorstep.

Really well furnished, modern, clean and comfortable property located right next to the ferry at Tarbert, a short walk to the distillery, a short drive to some of the best beaches on the islands and less than an hour by car to Stornoway. Full kitchen facilities for those staying longer and wanting to cook in some nights. We only stayed as a couple so it was a bit expensive for just 2 people but that was just our circumstances - the accommodation could easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of up to 4 with 2 good sized bedrooms.

This peaceful, 5 Star rated (by Visit Scotland), B&B has beautiful views over Loch Kindebig and is 5 minutes from Tarbet Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and breakfasts made with local produce.

Absolutely outstanding place! Jane and Dave were brilliant hosts. The rooms were very comfortable, with an incredible view and delicious homemade cookies. We couldn't fault the place in any way; everything exceeded our expectations. It'd be tough to find a better B&B with better hosts - everything here is to such a high standard!

Loved everything, it was perfect. The views were amazing. Spotless, comfortable and well equipped Lots of nice touches such as milk in the fridge and fresh flowers The hosts were lovely and introduced themselves and let us know they were just next door should we need anything. Lovely few days of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings in a great location for getting out about to explore the island.
