Beautiful warm and welcoming hotel. Lovely touches like a bathroom auto night light, great waterfall shower and the decor in all the rooms meant they all felt special. Location was wonderful too right outside the castle entrance.

Location excellent. Rooms a good size . Just a pity about lack of cleanliness in kitchen.

Alnwick very interesting, especially castle. Had good guided tour. Good starting point for Lindisfarne and picturesque coastline. Ate at White Swan which is panelled with panels from Olympic, sister ship of Titanic. Good market Saturday. Barter Books very comprehensive and good cafe.
Will return to other accommodation.

I love Alnwick however parking around the town centre could be improved.
Quite an expensive place to eat and drink.
The history of the town is displayed and captured really well. There are all sorts of little shops and cafes hidden in alleys and courtyards. A must for scones and coffee or even a cream tea is the strawberry lounge. Highly recommended.

The the itself is quite attractive with many quirky and interesting shops. We did find it difficult to book a restaurant for dinner as everywhere was busy. Also very difficult to navigate the pavements due to the amount of dogs, puppies etc. It must be the 'barking capital' of the UK!

Alnwick is easy to walk around.
Alnwick is easy to walk around. Strolling round the town was the best part for us. There are plenty of places for refreshments. Alnwick is well kept, clean and tidy. We found staff in the shops and restaurants welcoming. Other available attractions include Alnwick Castle and the gardens.
The house was as advertised, so fitted all of us perfectly. Really well presented with some little extras, making it even better. Beautiful views out over fields to the sea.
The house was clean and well equipped. They left a welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits and information about the house and the area.
Located well for visiting Alnwick Castle and Barter Books and walks along the coast.
Lovely place to stay, and we would love to stay again.
Fantastic location in heart of historic area right next to Alnwick castle yet only a short walk from supermarket and bus station. Well appointed spacious apartment with a few quirky details e.g. guitar and old records which I liked as it made it feel homely. Definitely plan to stay again.
Fantastic, quiet, boutique hotel, in the heart of Alnwick, close to numerous quaint seaside & harbour front villages, a great place to stay.
Free parking at the rear also provided.
An absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in a great position in Alnwick, right by the castle and within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes and bars.
