Very comfortable room, excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast choice.
Good spacious layout (ground floor), comfortable and warm rooms with a well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. The with WiFi was super and a nice bonus was the netflix access! Even though the location was situated next to a small roundabout it was surprisingly quiet. Aldershot Town and shops a short distance away. Basingstoke Canal and Fields, MoD (Military) exercise grounds (controlled access) are great for runners where distance is no object. Host (Laura) was excellent and ensured a very smooth transition and wonderful stay.
Was local to where we needed to be, nice it was close to Aldershot Town centre.
Parking was available.
A good size for 2 adults.
Check in abd check out was easy.
Communication wad quick, easy and helpful.
We both found the bed comfortable as we pushed the two singles together.

Was nice that there was a few tea bags, sugar and little milks available when we arrived, Was a nice gesture.
This hotel was SHUT - it was booked for a conference we were attending and when we arrived it was not open.
We then had to scrabble around to find different accommodation which was not easy due to the conference that we were attending at the conference centre nearby - there was not much availability left! NOT IMPRESSED!
