Friendly welcome on arrival. Room was pleasant, and it was explained that we helped ourselves to breakfast. It is a working farm so expect to see different vehicles and people around who are unconnected to the B&B. We chose not to have breakfast in the morning but the selection of items in the fridge was good.

Kay and Billy were fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were excellent and I tried most of them. The location was idyllic and serene in the countryside with easy access to the train. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sharon for making sure my whole family (4 rooms) had a comfortable stay.
The location was excellent....walking distance to a shopping area and many restaurants
The restaurant on site was closed for 2 of our days but we ate there one night and the food was really good.
A night club next to the parking lot. We checked it out and had a blast!

We decided to go for three reasons and stayed near to Falkirk at Caldercruix the attractions were 1, The Kelpies 2, the Falkirk Lift or wheel 3, Callendar House. The fist two items were superb unfortunately the house was closed due to a concert but we had a wonderfull walk through the gardens. We were able to get a train to Edinburgh from our base at a cost of £26.00
return for two tickets, not worth the effort to drive and and then to try and park.

Sandy and Cathy were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment I checked in. Felt very safe and secure during my stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was made to order, delicious and loved the chats with the other guests and hosts in the morning. Close proximity to Airdrie Train Station (regular trains to Glasgow City Centre) and short commute to surrounding hospitals. Couldn't recommend the stay more! Thanks for the fantastic hospitality Sandy and Cathy 💚
Nothing I’m in poor health & my daughter & myself Wer booked in by my cousin who booked this for me by mistake as it was meant to be Tudor hotel so I was close to the hospital & I had appointment at 9 following morning
Breakfast was really good. Fairview b & b is on a bus root we found it easy to get into Airdrie with the bus stop very close by. The host was very helpful with information about where to go for a meal.
Very spacious and comfortable room. Nice traditional furnishings. Loved it. The breakfast was amazing. I had the Scottish Breakfast. Maybe the best I ever had at a hotel.
