Lovely friendly people, the continental breakfasts was a random delight (I can't convey how nicely random it was) room was spotless and the bathroom was very Instagrammable (I don't have social media but I understand the concept)
If you know your way around Southport it's in the perfect location (turn left out of the hotel then left at the end of the street, walk 150m and you've the main shops on your left)
I will 100% be staying again

I had a close family member admitted to Southport and Formby Hospital and needed a hotel as close as possible and for an indefinite period. Debbie and Ken who run the Talbot could not have been more helpful. I had everything I needed. The hotel was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Located on the corner of the famous Lord Street in Southport, the stylish Dukes Folly Hotel features free Wi-Fi and is located close to the shops. There are 20 bedrooms.
Great facilities, excellent location. Lovely and modern decor and very clean. We had a meal at Esperantos bistro, great restaurant, lovely service, even though we were late. The steaks were amazing and the waitress was friendly, helpful and even managed to get our bill down by volunteering the christmas menu.
