The pool facilities were very lovely … very clean & welcoming staff on both days. The Spa Receptionist on Saturday gets a special mention as she was in both am & pm … and equally as buoyant on both occasions!
Bed comfy ✅

Location was close enough to major routes but well set back to appreciate the Ffarm and surrounding areas. The Breakfasts were full and plenty of choices available. Cooked Breakfasts certainly set you up for the day. The Ffarm was full of charm and character leaving you with a taste of the past, delightful to say the least. Susan and Stuart were the perfect hosts, we look forward to coming back for a future stay.

Lovely set up. Main bed is extremely comfortable and we were very comfortable in the tent. There were basic facilities, but that is what we expected as the information provided in the description did explain this.

Breakfast was good. Room was disappointing, lights kept.on.going off and coming on bathroom was tiny. No space. Very basic for the amount paid.
Sandy Pad's Apartments provides beachfront accommodations in Rhyl. The property is around a 7-minute walk from Rhyl Beach, 6.1 miles from Bodelwyddan Castle, and 16 miles from Llandudno Pier.
The area itself is stunning . The beach is near and the mountains are close by. The local pub and food are excellent . But the cottage was very disappointing. Needs a thorough clean and better description of the poor layout and a downstairs bathroom/toilet should be mentioned. Definitely not disable friendly! Also the access to the cottage although down a very narrow lane you may have to reverse quite a bit if your unlucky and meet another vehicle there is a dedicated parking spot but be prepared for lots of awkward steps to get into and around the cottage!

We didn't travel specifically to visit Abergele, rather the location of the holiday park we stayed on, due to the proximity of what North Wales has to offer. Such as castles and National Trust locations.
If you want comments specifically around Abergele, then it is a small town that has the amenities you need.

Abergele was quiet at the time we had our holiday middle of may.Shops we needed were easy to get to from the place we stayed, being older we had a good base at Abergele to visit places of interest which is what we did.The George and Dragon was a good place to have a drink or have lunch when we had finished shopping. The Landlady was so accomodating, friendly and took an interest in her customers, the alcohol was good too, worth a visit after a day out,if you want a meal not necessarily a alcoholic drink.Every local we met, shop keepers all very friendly and welcoming,an added bonus the weather was lovely. As far as getting around we were able to leave our car and walk into the town as only about 15 minutes walk,my friend and fast walkers so we could do it in 10,without being over laden.

There were thousands of caravans and traditional amusements (which I don't like) but the whole place looked rundown. There was nothing attractive about it, but fortunately much nicer places were just up the coast, like Conwy and Llandudno.

It’s a very rundown small town.
It’s a very rundown small town. Nothing against the people who live and work there as they were all very friendly. However, such a shame that apart from a castle there is not much to do at all. No nice shops and when we arrived on Monday no place open for breakfast. Town centre in need of serious renovation.

House is in quiet country setting but still close enough to all the major attractions in Colwyn Bay and surrounds. We particularly enjoyed Bodnant Gardens and Colwyn Castle. The house is well equipped for self catering and there are adequate supermarkets in nearby Abergele, as few minutes away by car, where you can shop for provisions. Our hosts were kind enough to have the basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar available in the house on arrival.
Lovely caravan, A lot bigger than we expected! The caravan was nice, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a 2nd toilet,
Area was nice even though it was end of the season and most places were closed, we loved the short walking distance to the beach and the local pub up the road, locals were nice and friendly when we were walking around!
We'd definitely visit Abergele again.
Well I recommend this property more than a 7 star Hotel. If you want to live away from your house this is the property to live in you feel like a house. Facilities cleanliness location infact everything was perfect. Our stay at this property make our trip a hot. I wish I could have stayed longer.
