The Hotel appears to be stuck in a time warp - a stay here is like returning to the 60s or 70s. However, the place was clean, warm and the staff were both friendly and extremely helpful. All in all, you get what you pay for and the Hotel de Paris was good value.

Easy to find. A manned reception even though we arrived early. Receptionist was very helpful and spoke some English. Clean and in good condition with a decent sized room which is a necessity when you travel with dogs. Fairly decent breakfast for the money. Suitable areas nearby for walking the dogs . Brilliant restaurant just opposite. TV had a couple of BBC channels in English. Asked for a ground floor room because we have two large dogs and they provided one.
Warm reception. Very clean and comfortable with wonderful views. The swimming pool was large and immaculate
Excellent value for money, however it is very much a family hotel with facilities for children. Not as tranquil as expected

What an amazing place, amazing hosts, amazing everything.
We stopped for one night on our way to Ireland from Italy.
Grounds are very beautiful, everything inside is simple but very comfortable and cute. Hosts are very caring.
We will definitely come back next year to this hotel, but for longer. Fresh air, fresh water, kids and dogs friendly, just simply amazing.
Great location, right next to the Volvic spring. Very nice hotel with a shared kitchen making it half hotel half self catering pension. The hosts are really nice and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean, very quiet. Definitely worth a stay!
