The good is: excellent value for money, the room is clean, and Tram #9 is just outside the building, so getting into Paris is convenient. Good location, nearby grocery and restaurants. Safe building where you use your room's key card to open the main door during night hours.

Overall a very nice apartment / house to stay in a quiet residential area of Paris vitry sur seine. Has all the facilities you would expect. The kitchen had all the utensils so we could make breakfast or heat some grocery food. Plus I enjoyed the balcony in one of the bedroom. That was a great idea. Also you are less than 10 mn from the amenities with shops, restaurants, cafes etc. So this was a bonus.
The accomodation is located near the Vitry-sur-Seine trainstation (10min) walk from where you can take the C-line to the city centre of Paris. The accomodation is perfect when you are attending an event at Le Kilowat (25min walk).
There are 2 comfortable beds and the couch can be transformed into a 3rd bed.
The managers of the apartments are very nice and always available. Rooms are very clean and new and equipped with everything important. Parking is available in the courtyard and the car is safe. There is a good bakery and supermarket nearby and the RER station Vitry-sur-Seine is a 5 minute walk away.
The location is excellent. It is located nearby to Vitry-sur-Seine RER station. The house is well maintained for family stay. The location is safe and owner responds to any queries. It is exactly cosy as the name. Highly recommended.
