Large room and bathroom on the front of the hotel but traffic noise was acceptable. Receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. Secure, gated parking next door for our motorcycles. Clean modern bathroom, good shower. In fact a perfect overnight stop. Restaurant very good offering classic French cuisine. Breakfast was ok with pre requested gluten free bread available for one of our party. Once again, pleasant helpful staff at breakfast.
We stayed one night at Le Moulin de Champagne. We really like the location of the property and the village of Viriat. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious with coffee, juice and a selection of bread, cheese and jam. We recommend this B&B in Viriat!
The campanile hotel was a little sad, it needed cleaning better, the bed was not comfy and the extra pillows had a damp smell , we didnt use them. The the receptionist was run off her feet, booking in guests and taking orders for food, also clearing tables, good food and breakfast.
