The property is as listed. They are small trailors with a separate sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. There are radiators in each room for the winter months and the beds have soft cot materresses. The gronds are quiet, we walked our dogs day and night without issues. The check in process was swift and easy. They gave all the details needed duringour stay.
The town in the area is also quiet, there were a few shops on the back road. It is near a large shopping mall called Bay2 , which has a large supermarket and everything else you may need. The pool and mini golf area were under renovation at the time we stayed, but it looks like it will be awesome in spring/summer.
Also note that I took 2 bolts back and forth from Paris city center without issues of picking up / dropping off (about 48EU)
Definately a family friendly place. Plenty of parking in front of your trailor. Quiet roads and neighborhood.

The location is clearly the golden goose of this hotel, if you want a cheap room foe a couple of days right around the corner from the Train Station then this is definitely a good way to go.
The room was good for two people though it had very little space for your clothes and bags if you don't travel light.

The location near Disney Land and the highway access was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious with enough to choose from without being excessive.
In Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes, just a 15-minute drive from Disneyland Paris, the ibis budget Marne la Vallée features a 24-hour front desk and garden. Villepint Exhibition Centre is 12 miles away.

Good location, great friendly staff, good breakfast delivered to room. Could do with an upgrade to security though as had drunks banging on the accommodation we were staying in with did scare the kids. Overall good place to stay if you want to visit Disneyland and Paris and great facilities for kids including pool, park and mini golf

They was not a bathroom, there was not even water with 35 grad and also the market was like 10 minutes or 20 minutes, also the check in they let me wait more the one hours and they forgot after about us, we eated at the room we coock ,Next time i gonna avoid the stay there for my next visit

This place is an absolute joke!!
This place is an absolute joke!! It was a complete building site with huge holes dug everywhere, abandoned new accommodation units blocking the roadways, nothing was open, no cafe no restaurant no children's play area absolutely nothing.
I understand that the site is being updated but it should not have accepted paying guests and it should have warned guests of the work taking place. We would not have stayed had we known.
We even had builders meeting on our small decking at 6 a.m smoking and talking!!! My sons vehicle was damaged by hitting a breeze block, that was stuck up out of the ground, when reverse parking.
At this moment in time I would not recommend this site to anyone, the only good thing was its locality to the train station where we caught a train to Paris, other than that I have nothing good to say!!!

Location was good.
Location was good. Facilities severely lacking, especially for teenagers. Barrier in to park needs to be upgraded to recognise all cars. Security staff need additional training with regard to talking to guests.

Perfect location just 20 mins from disney- comfy beds everything you need for a base really well heated it was which i was concerned about due to being in a caravan at this time of year we prepared extra blankets we didn't need them at all! absolutely fab little place excellent value for money

Brilliant caravan park.
Brilliant caravan park. Facilities for your car to be parked right outside your caravan/lodge. Very quiet location, safe and secure.
Place to go to enjoy sightseeing and to wind down if you like. Helpful staff and everything seemed new and clean. Will definitely go back again.
