Both Candida and Arthur were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. Breakfasts were very good and enjoyable. We had a bonus in that we were given a gateau to help ourselves. Great !!

The place is newly and carefully renovated. However the host was weirdly unfriendly. Besides, they didn't have any bed linen or towels and when I managed to find some replacements in my own luggage (at 2 am under heavy rain) and mentioned it the day after they were just like: "Oh, of course we don't have bed linen and towels included! You should ask every time what is included!" For more context it was never mentioned on their description and this would be just strange as a concept.

The location was beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful. One of the hosts spoke excellent English, which was a relief for us. They were helpful, suggesting places of interest and good restaurants. Plenty of usefull leaflets displayed also.
