the communication with the landlord was really quick and good, e.g., we were missing microvawe oven. we have texted it and it was there next day afternoon.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and exactly what you pay for. Standard breakfast but lots of it, great coffee. For me, the best thing about the hotel were the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon...
The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon. My visit to the area was just because of hotel location and not necessarily a visit to explore the area. At first travellers may be taken back by the area as its not not very well maintained i.e. there are overgrowing grass and schrubs on street sides, but if your there just for a 1 night stay and want easy access to the town centre either by car or public transport then its fine as a location.

A new outskirt industrial/commercial park. It was an overnight stay, very easy access by car. Good bistro next door with excellent burgers, 2 other restaurants in very short walking distance. Suits a budget pass through not a family holiday

The place was perfectly clean and quiet. Excellent quality bed, good shpwer, well-equipped kitchen which helped us a lot.
The staff, Lamine and Salima, were exceptionally went above the standard to help us when our car broke down after check out. They even went to the nearby garage to bring a merchanic to fix the problem and stayed wirh us to make sure we are ok until we left. Truly a hero! Thank you very very much!

Not a place to go on holiday but excellent if attending a local event. Several restaurants next door for food.
The hotel is close to everything, very good price for a very comfortable stay, Venissieux isn’t the best place of Lyon puis luckily it is in the outskirts and very close to the T4 tram.
