there is no sympathy in the arrival... it is a cold hotel... that means a Hotel that noone imports with you... It is not a great place to arrive.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and exactly what you pay for. Standard breakfast but lots of it, great coffee. For me, the best thing about the hotel were the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon...
The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon. My visit to the area was just because of hotel location and not necessarily a visit to explore the area. At first travellers may be taken back by the area as its not not very well maintained i.e. there are overgrowing grass and schrubs on street sides, but if your there just for a 1 night stay and want easy access to the town centre either by car or public transport then its fine as a location.

A new outskirt industrial/commercial park. It was an overnight stay, very easy access by car. Good bistro next door with excellent burgers, 2 other restaurants in very short walking distance. Suits a budget pass through not a family holiday

Nice new hotel, which has a hostel type vibe. Double rooms are small but provides the necessary functions of a room. Level 1 is a good hangout space and. I recommend using that as a social, eating space. Many people bought food and drink at the supermarket across the road and prepared and ate it on level 1. Family rooms excellent with the in-built bunk beds and kids loved the foozeball table on level 1.

Neither B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux Nor Booking.com were able to Help at THAT time. Booking.com Should have taken it as extremely urgent or should have resolved the issue at that time but it feels like Booking.com is only cosmetically available over the phone.
Basic hotel, but its clean and the beds are very comfortable. Also, its on a very convenient location when youre travelling and only stay for one night. I don’t know wether the location is good if you want to visit Lyon, since we did not go to Lyon city centre.
