A lovely place to stay! We arrived in the middle of the harvest and got to experience the everyday life of the winemaking couple Julien and Sarah Launois! They are very welcome in a relaxed environment. Our Cocker spaniel Enzo felt at home on the farm. An excellent French breakfast is served, and you also have access to a large common kitchen. The rooms are large and individually furnished. Very nice! We thank the couple for their hospitality and can warmly recommend them!

Clean, cosy and traditional. Very quiet, with blackout blinds for a great sleep. High chair and cot for our baby. Easy access to the main champagne centres.

Stayed 2 nights last week. First room "Garde" not nice at all - dark, low ceiling, really noisy. Next day, Staff were kind and moved us to a lovely room in the Stables. Chateau states 4 star, but it is not in my opinion. Very expensive for everything - e.g. a 24cl glass of Heineken for 7 euro, crazy money. Lovely restaurant on site, gorgeous food - Michelin like. We ate there first night, but I expect better service for the cost. We told them we were Irish (English speaking) from the start - with moderate French - but this was ignored throughout the meal, so every course being explained was in French. It was poor. Young kids mostly. But food great. Second night we went to the Bistro off site, which I much preferred.
Set in the centre of Châlons-en-Champagne, the contemporary HOTEL & SPA Le Renard Centre has a bar. The Museum of Fine Arts is only 280 metres away.

Lovely, modern room with balcony and good view. Ensuite seemed brand new, excellent power shower, which also had nice view when showering. Breakfast very good. Staff polite and helpful. Had two excellent meals in restaurant with good wine. Staff work hard and are quick. Also, good area for visiting other villages. Parking next to hotel.

Good location, great parking facility and the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative.
