If you asked my kids they would say the mural of the eiffel tower on the bedroom wall. It was a great location for the price to get you to where you wanted to go in Paris. The house was roomy and worked perfect for our family of 8.

They have an underground parking garage which is convenient if you come by car. Just outside of centre of Paris you dont have to worry about the French emission sticker (Umweltplakette).
Great stating point to explore Paris - Metro station in walking distance was very convenient.
Italian restaurant across the street makes delicious pizza.
Rooms are clean. They were quite small, but it's Paris and you cant expect large rooms at reasonable prices. Absolutely sufficient for only spending nights.
Wasnt happy that we were charged the full amount for our stay at checkin, without even seeing the rooms. They said they had customers leaving without paying...
Make sure you bring a localized (French) printout of your booking confirmation (its available on booking.com) to avoid discussions what is in included and what fees they charge on top.

Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area.
Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes, boulangeries and shops which have everything you may need for a stay, long or short! There are also some parks nearby, and the entire area is full of beautiful, traditional houses.
