Night porter was fantastic when I had to go out to car park at 2.30am to fetch mosquito killing plug in. Accompanied me to my car (I am a woman in my 60s with some mobility issues.

Very friendly man who spoke English. Easy to book in. Room was good, clean, neat. Shower not so brilliant but lots of hot water. Shower needs a new shower head. Local facilities are good for restaurants and shops. Wide open area so it's pleasant with green areas and seating. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel and area around.
Breakfast is OK, but dinner in the hotel is very poor. All other things in the hotel are OK. The location is at the commecial zone. near to the motorway and the shopping mall but about 3 km from the centre of St Nazaire. Staff is very kind.
