A bottle of water by the bedside table, robe/slippers provided and heating switched on which was nice given arrived on a very cold Dec evening.

The room has everything necessary and big enough for two people to stay if you don't have a lot of luggage. The cleaning service is nice. It's rather quiet and we don't hear others. The location is good too, easily reachable by foot.

Public transport works well, ticket machines at tram stops, some buses crowded. The train connections good. Favourite places: the city centre, the cathedral, the basilica, the castle, the high street along the trainline. For Charles de Gaulle use the train that goes through St Pierre des Corps.

This was our 3rd trip to Tours. Other times we concentrated on the various stunning Chateaux of the Loire valley. This time we centred on the town itself and loved every minute.!! The restaurants and sites are lovely.

We stayed 4 days and had rain on all but one day but we found plenty to do nonetheless. Hired a car locally and went to 3 vineyards and to Amboise and the Chateau du Clos Lucé. We found foodie gifts to take back to friends and family at Tours indoor market. Lots of very good restaurants in Tours to choose from and we all said we could see ourselves living in this lively and historical city. No negatives at all!

The old city centre is very enjoyable to walk through even with younger children. Tours is a vibrant city because of its university. There is plenty to see in terms of culture and architecture. And with all its different restaurants, bars and eateries, Tours is a haven for foodies.

we stayed one night during our road trip south and the hotel is excellent for that purpose. it is located outside the city centre so access from the motorway is quick, it has a covered parking which is cheap (5 EUR) and there are several good restaurants right outside the hotel. in the morning there is a nearby bakery and cheaper petrol station and a supermarket. rooms are clean, wifi is good, bathrooms are new. staff was friendly and quickly swapped one of our rooms on request.
Very good position and that the hotel had parking. The bathroom was all new so very clean the only thing that let it down was the carpet didn’t look clean. It probably was but it was a dog friendly room so laminate flooring would be better. The breakfast was good plenty to choose from. The hotel staff all very polite and friendly.
The hotel was right in the centre of Tours which was great. It was great to be in such an old building, looking out into the old town; we had a great view. The staff were helpful. There were lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the area, and a lot of attractions nearby.
Not much to say here... in my point of view was expensive, even if it's located in the center area of tours, is not the best area, and is located above a night club, so not the best place if you are trying to sleep...
On arrival at hotel staff were very helpful with parking car and helping us with luggage via their lift.
Room was very good - clean and comfortable..
Breakfast was very good.
