ibis Styles Moulins Center is located in Moulins' city center, just 9 minutes' bus ride from Moulins sur Allier SNCF Train Station and a 6-minute walk from the Allier river.
The room was very functional - clean and comfortable. It is what is it is - an overnight B&B Hotel chain. Location was very convenient as near to the motorway (but not too near for noise pollution).
The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel facilities were what you expect of a B&BHotel with the added bonus at this one of a lift. Breakfast was good.
