Acceptable price for what on offer

Very good hotel near the airport with large free parking. We had 4 rooms for a group of 8 people, we had our rooms on the 1st floor and they were extremely hot, the air conditioning didn't work, we couldn't control the heating at all and it was so warm inside: however, the rooms on the ground floor were very cold (like other people told us). In the room there is a kettle with teas and coffee. The staff was super friendly when checking in. The WIFI worked very well.

Great view, superb breakfast and even nicer staff. We will definitely come back soon.

I recently stayed at Jiva Hill Resort for 4 nights with my family. While the overall experience was satisfactory, it did not fully meet my expectations for a 5-star resort. The resort is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which can be ideal for those seeking relaxation. However, the lack of nearby activities or attractions made the location feel isolated. Additionally, not having a car proved to be a significant challenge, as transportation is essential for exploring the surroundings or accessing other amenities. Cleanliness was another area of concern, as we noticed spiderwebs in several parts of the property, which detracted from the luxury experience we anticipated. Furthermore, we encountered a surprising and unsettling incident on our first night: a staff member, accompanied by another guest, accidentally opened our room while we were sleeping. This raised concerns about privacy and the resort’s security protocols. Another challenge we faced during our stay was the language barrier. Many of the staff members did not speak English fluently, which made communication difficult at times. While they were polite and tried to assist us, the language issues added unnecessary complications when trying to address concerns or make requests. On a positive note, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The food quality was good, and we especially appreciated the option to have it served in our room, which added a touch of convenience and luxury to our mornings. The resort has great potential, but several areas need improvement to meet the expectations of a 5-star experience. Enhancing cleanliness standards, ensuring proper privacy and security measures, and providing better language support for international guests would go a long way in improving the overall guest experience.
