Fantastic hotel. Amenities good, staff brilliant, breakfast very good with excellent coffee.
The location is perfect (ok, it was a very sunny weekend in September) for walks, swims and dinning in the village.

The sauna, the lake, the tennis court, the restaurant. We spent a lot of time in the sauna, including the one close to the lake.

Talloires is beautiful - a place to relax and admire the lake and mountains. Some fabulous restaurants and good local shops too. The pizza restaurant at the lake edge is good for families (the BEST pizza!) The Cafe de la Place is good for a real french bistro experience. The Huit a Huit supermarket provides a great selection given it's size! The Bakery (La Fournil) is fab! even the Tobac is great for sweets, postcards etc and there's also an art / vintage shop opposite the church - the owner is lovely! For a treat, Restaurant 1903 and the Pere Bise shop has some fab goodies too (try the ice creams!) The Farmer's Market on a Thursday is great.

Everything about the hotel is excellent EXCEPT :It was very poor that there was no management available in the middle of the night ( in the early hours of Thursday 24th August) to supervise the residents when the fire alarm sounded. The guests were confused and after the alarm stopped ringing the residents went back to bed. Then 5 to 10 minutes later the fire alarm rang again and the residents exited again without any hotel staff supervision or guidance. I learned the next day that these incidents were unexplained false alarms. There has been no formal communication about this from the Hotel. This is an expensive 4 star hotel and I think it is very poor show that the level of service they portray during the daytime is not matched during the night ! This is very disconcerting for a customer such as me. I would have expected an apology and some compensation for a ruined nights sleep for a very uncomfortable experience!

Talloires was as beautiful as ever.
Talloires was as beautiful as ever. Post-pandemic, the main holiday season seems to have truncated to July and August so visiting in June was agreeably quiet on the roads and for the facilities. However, some things like the facilities at La Clusaz in the Aravis mountains were not fully open, at least they were not on weekdays, not event the restaurants. This was not a major problem for us.

Talloires is a very nice village, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy (very popular tourist destination). The lake makes this place very resting and very good to chill. Mountains are very close and offer a large choice of walking/hiking trails.

Everything! Beautiful house, ideally located in the centre of Talloires near all the village facilities and public transport. Also a short walk to the lovely lake and beach. The views from the balconies and garden were gorgeous, making it a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the surrounding region.
It suited us perfectly as a family of 4 adults.
Camille was very friendly, and provided all the information needed to make our arrival easy. She quickly responded to any questions we had.
We loved our stay. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We found the breakfast was very good and delicious fresh pastries daily. The location was great as close to lake , a cafe, little village and buses. We had comfortable rooms and beautiful views. Would stay again and happy to recommend it.
The location is stunning. The interior of the hotel is very impressive. The quality of the restaurant is excellent and the restaurant staff were very competent and pleasant. The room that we were eventually given was very good.
Very nice hotel, stunning view from the terrace (lake view), very nice room, spacious with good quality beds, perfect parking facility, nice garden area with outside pool and on top a private place at the beach
